Bought a pallet of Floratam sod from the location @ 19490 S Tamiami Trail Fort Myers, FL on July 3. Worst quality of sod I’ve laid in my 20 years of doing this. Called and spoke with them and they told me I should have inspected the pallet before leaving. I didn’t realize they give customers week old pallets of sod. I spoke with Noelia who is very rude. Gladly will never do business with them again. I should have stuck with Sod king.

I drive by Juniper Farms frequently and always on my way someplace with no time to stop. Yesterday I had a few free minutes so I stopped. I wish I could have explored all the plants, but was able to buy two large poinsettia plants! I only wish they had orchid supplies!

We spent a lot of money ordering 4 pallets of Bahia sod from Juniper Farms in Ft. Myers, and sadly, only 2 pallets were decent. The other 2 were in terrible condition β€” dry, crumbling, and falling apart as we tried to lay them. It was clear they were either old or poorly handled. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality. This was a big investment for our property, and we’re extremely disappointed. I wish I would've called them the day we received the sod to give them an opportunity to make it better, unfortunately I waited a few days. (my mistake) Called the owner and he said they couldn't do anything for us at this point, that it was too late to make it better. However, the sod was still very poor considering he claimed it was just cut. I’m sharing this to warn others to carefully check the quality before buying.

BEWARE !!!! Delivered nothing but disease infested sod (. 5 pallets ) reached out to nothing but BS reasons why …. not enough water, then too much water , then they finally said β€œ disease β€œ which came from landscapers mowers from other yards β€œ I gave my neighbor several pieces for a small spot in her yard, same thing happened. The only sod in both yards that had disease was from Juniper Farms, the rest of our yard was fine. Just ask if there is a guarantee before you get ripped off. These people are criminals !!!!!

I hired Battista Farms to replace the sod in my old weed filled yard. I did most of the prep by killing off the yard and re-grading parts of the lot. They gave me a quote over the phone and I hired them. They showed up when they were supposed to. They finished in a day and the sod looks great. The final bill matched the estimate and I'm happy. I'd hire them again.
